Revival Living Series

Over the years, I have developed a curriculum I've used in several different settings. It is based on an original set of Sunday School lessons I wrote for a NATO Protestant Chapel while stationed with the US Army in the Netherlands.

The theme is to live in permanent revival. While each lesson is likely to be useful on its own, so very much of it is written layer upon layer. That is, if you skip the first few lessons, you might miss some critical associations in the later lessons.

Over the coming weeks, I will be rewriting the series and updating the content. Pages will be posted as they become available. The reader may consider this the heart of our real work, our real purpose.

By God's grace, we persevere in His Word.

#1: Introduction -- What is Revival? -- Defining the term "revival" and a history of the concept.

#2: Who Are We? -- What is the nature of this grouping we call "churches"?

#3: Identity -- It is essential that we understand the ground of our being as individual Christians.

#4: The Hands and Feet of Jesus -- What does it mean to be His representatives here on earth?

#5: Covenant of the Law -- An examination of the Covenant of Moses, and its limitation.

#6: The New Covenant -- The Old Covenant of Moses was replaced by something new.

#7: Baptism of the Holy Spirit -- The history and meaning behind this contentious phrase.

#8: Rebuilding -- Having torn down many false images of God, we must now begin to replace that image with something real.

#9: The Source -- We end the first series by setting the stage for the second: Bible History. The source remains the Word of God.

The series continues in the Bible History Lessons
