The Powers That Be (TPTB)

Just who's in charge here? Well, it ain't you and me, that's for sure. There is a persistent myth claiming we citizens of the US are the government. In theory, that is correct. However, the man who uttered the most famous phrasing of that concept in his Gettysburg Address was lying already. He mobilized a massive army of men, mostly against their own will, to destroy a great deal of property and life belonging to a really large segment of the nation he claimed to serve. He was hardly interested in what the people wanted, so it was most certainly not "government by the people." We note significantly the words are his, since he was a master with rhetoric, but the idea of ignoring the people's will is as old as humanity.

Were it actually true we governed ourselves, by the rules of the game -- as garnered from the massive collection of writings from the Founding Fathers -- we should have already assassinated a large number of people much as happened to President Lincoln. Doing so would be quite consistent with the Covenant of Noah. The writings of our Founding Fathers are the ultimate and final arbiter of what the rules of politics in America should be. Let me assure you, a cursory reading of their stuff should indicate clearly they would have gladly shot Lincoln themselves, and would have upbraided Mr. J.W. Booth for taking so long to get around to it. Their idea was, yes, you should bring these things up in the halls of Congress, etc., and even the Supreme Court, but if you don't see how you have time for that, and there's an emergency situation threatening your liberty, life or property, pull out that shootin' iron and stop the oppressor. Using deadly force to alter executive policy of government was fully anticipated as a right of the citizen when the 2nd Amendment was included.

Those of us who take our commitment to Christ seriously still have to contend with Romans 13. If the only way you can honor Christ is to engage in armed revolt because you see that as your Christian duty to your fellow human, do so. Never be foolish enough to expect much to come of it. This explains the cynicism of our Founders when one of them said something about an armed revolt every 20 years or so; even the best political outcomes are short-lived. Thus, at the very least we should be hesitant to get involved in anything to do with human politics. Since "government by the people" was already dead before Lincoln was elected to office, it stands to reason we cannot claim armed revolt is any longer part of the rules. It may be in theory, but it is de facto most certainly not, so we must start with the assumption our government is hardly different from what Paul faced.

We have essentially a fascist dictatorship with the false veneer of a representative republic. One significant fact should make that obvious: election fraud. That is, a fraudulent system of recording and counting votes. Just ask our friend Google about the fraudulent vote counting in New Hampshire a few days ago. Fact: At least one precinct has confessed to sending in a tally with 0 votes for a candidate who got 31 actual votes. That's a prison offense, but we lack the national will to do anything about it. Furthermore, that sort of thing has been going on since before Lincoln's election victory, though it hasn't been necessary in every case.

Necessary to whom? The people who actually run things. No, not every detail of US federal government function, but certain key events. Those select issues have placed the fate of the US in the hands of some people who are in the service of Satan. They don't have to know it; the net results of their choices are diabolical. For example, there's this thing called the Federal Reserve Bank. In essence, this puts the full control of our entire national economy in the hands of a bunch of private bankers, most of whom aren't American. They don't love us; they love profits. Every dollar in the US economy is the property of that bank, and we are borrowing each one in existence. At one time it was estimated to cost them two cents for each dollar they created, so they made a ninety-eight cent profit on each one. We can be sure their costs have gotten lower, since a smaller percentage of dollars actually get printed on paper since that estimate was published. The law which placed our currency in their hands was engineered in secret by these bankers at a meeting in 1910 on Jekyll Island, GA. That's at least a part of who actually rules this country.

I say it's only a part of the real rulers, because there's actually no way to pin things down that precisely. We can see events like the creation of The Fed, and see clearly the names of those involved, at least when it gets leaked. Too often, there's not enough leaked information to be sure. We get bits and pieces, hints and rumors, and sometimes just guessing. There is a lot of good detective work, and whole masses of pure baloney. Some of it is public record, hidden in plain site. It's buried in legalese and only lawyers can really untangle it. A favorite ploy is to follow the basic laws and rules of disclosure by releasing the information at the same time the general public is distracted by something hardly as important, but far more interesting. Then there is the massive propaganda. Tell the lie often enough and people just assume it's true -- "Lincoln freed the slaves with the Emancipation Proclamation." Stuff like this hides the real purpose of Lincoln's war, which was morphing the federal government, officially the agent of the combined states, into the central authority over those states.

While it's not hard to find the Rothschilds and friends were behind The Fed and the Civil War, it's not that easy to trace down the hidden hands behind many modern events. In my decade of research, I've concluded no one really knows. Further, there is certainly a cohort of super-elites running most things in the world in this fashion, but it seems they don't all agree, and they aren't all one cohesive entity. There are several different names bandied about as to just who is really in charge, and I suspect there's some truth in most of the theories.

Some of these overlap, so it's not quite as simple as noting so-n-so is part of this or that. We know the associations of some people, but too often the ones we know about aren't actually the rulers, but their agents in government. My preferred term for the actual rulers is Shadow Government. In general, it's an elite group of folks, known and unknown to us ordinary mortals, responsible for most of what human governments do. They are mostly hereditary, with a vision and plans which stretch across multiple generations. It's possible to be married in, but the actual membership is quite limited. As such, they tend to think altogether differently from most folks. What follows is a partial list annotated according to what I have surmised.

The biblical position is rather subtle on all this. Most people get hung up on searching for a discrete individual Antichrist. The term refers not to a person, but a spirit. Everything and everyone opposing the reign of Christ in your life is "an Antichrist" to you, for as long as they work to oppose Him. This is consistent with Jesus facing Peter and sternly rebuking him as "Satan" -- whether He was rebuking the presence of Satan in Peter or simply in the situation, it was a manifestation of something contrary to Christ.

That Satan has managed to build up a conspiracy among mankind to enslave the entire human race is a fundamental assumption of the New Testament. Historically, we have seen these efforts fall apart when God was ready. Satan won't be quitting until the Lord Returns, so we will continue to see them in a long, dreary series snaking through human existence until the White Throne Judgment. The above list is merely one man's perception of the current effort. This effort is pretty pervasive, and stands to finally gain total global control rather soon... until the Lord stops it. To deny there is a hidden and sinister plan, living in the minds of a small group, at least partially working together, is foolish. The wackiness of many conspiracy theories is hardly proof there is no conspiracy.
